Celebrating David Ogunshola

Vision. Leadership. Impact

A special celebration of a life that continues to inspire, build, and create opportunities for others.

Words from those who celebrate you

Ope Mi Owon,

I knew it! I knew you would be a great husband and an amazing lover. And through the years, you have proven it again and again. I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART!
I look at you sometimes, and so see that Indeed, God has been so faithful to you. I know why, it’s because you’re so special to ABBA!
As you go through another amazing year, people will behold you, and call you “the delight of the LORD.”
The Spirit of the LORD will rest mightily upon you. The Spirit of wisdom and understanding will guide you. The Spirit of counsel and might will become your new normal.

And the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD will lead you continually.

You will walk in clarity, strength, favour, and divine wisdom. And everything God has placed in you will find fuller expression in this season.

I love you, Ope Mi Tooto❤️

You came into our lives as a gift from God, a baby boy with destiny in your eyes. Now a man, strong, noble, and wise. I’ve watched you grow from boy to man, walking boldly in God’s great plan.

Through trials faced and battles won, you’ve stood firm, my faithful son. You stand so tall, respected, loved, and admired by all. A man of honor, heart so true, my prayers have always been for you. So on this day, I lift you high; may your blessings multiply. May the Lord keep His hand upon your heart.

May your years be long, your joy complete; may your home know peace, your hands know wealth. May God grant you long life and health.

Happy Birthday, my son, my pride. My love for you will never subside. Go forth and conquer, shine your light — Happy Birthday, David!

Your Dad - James Ogunshola

I thank God for your life and His blessings in all spheres of your life; for your love for God and people, and your passion for growth and excellence.

As you add another year Ope, I pray that the Lord would cause:

  • a deepening of your walk with Him
  • an enlargement of your sphere of influence
  • more wisdom for the furtherance of God’s purposes as they unfold
  • more blessings on your home, health and businesses

CONTINUE TO BE A SHINING LIGHT – “Proverbs 4:18
[18] But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.”

HAPPY AND BLESSED BIRTHDAY TO YOU, OPEYEMI

Dear Daddy,
Happy birthday to you. I am wishing you a very happy birthday from the depth of my heart. May God give you long life and prosperity forever and ever.

Happy Birthday to my dear brother!

Today, I celebrate not just another year of your life, but the amazing person you are becoming. I’m grateful to God for your life, and I’m thankful for the privilege of having you as my brother.

On your birthday, I want you to know that I love you deeply, I believe in you, and I genuinely want to see you become everything God created you to be.

My prayer for you is that this new chapter will bring you closer to God and closer to your purpose. May God order your steps, bless the work of your hands, protect you from every evil, and surround you with people who genuinely want the best for you. May doors of opportunity open for you, and may you never lack the wisdom and courage to walk through them.

May your life become a testimony of God’s faithfulness. May you succeed where others expected you to fail, rise above every limitation, and become a blessing to our family and to many lives in Jesus name.

I thank God for giving me a brother like you.

Happy birthday, bro. May this new year of your life be greater, deeper, and more beautiful than the years before it.

I love you, and I’m always rooting for you.

Tolulope Ogunshola

Brother… Thank you for growing, so that the rest of us can see what growth looks like.

I am able to jump, because I have seen you do it. Thank you for going first.

You occupy a very special place in my heart. Happy birthday brother.

Victor Ogunshola

Bro Ope, Happy birthday sir.

Thank you for your existence.. the amount of lives you have touched, from kids to adults, it’s truly inspiring.
A lot of the drive I have to push especially when things are the toughest come from things you have said or done.

You suggested the book “outwitting the devil” to me and all I can say is Thank you 🙏🏾

Because I have small glimpse of your backend, it’s easy to know that what we are seeing is still a very small percentage of your full capacity.

I pray that this birthday comes with much more supernatural strength for you. You’re truly amazing, truly amazing.

Happy birthday Egbon ❤️

Shalom Ogunshola

Dave, my Gee,

On days like this, one wanders through memories, looking for a thread to latch onto, one of the many wonders of your life from which to begin stitching stories. Why? Because your life is an absolutely beautiful testimony.

I have watched your journey with gratitude and wonder, and I can truly say that your life is a testimony of what God can do with a man who places himself completely in His hands.

You and I have that phrase we talk about: “When you throw it up, God will catch it.”

But perhaps they are more your words than mine, because you have lived their reality, then and now. I have watched you throw things up in faith, and I have watched God catch them.

And I have watched God take your life as a seed and give it many expressions. In some places, that seed has grown into a mighty tree, providing shade and fruit for many. In others, it has been ground into flour and made into bread to feed others. And sometimes, like the wind scattering seed, God has carried pieces of your life into different places, different people, and different fields – causing your influence and impact to reach far beyond you.

David, you are now a system. 😂

I would have added you to the solar system, but I don’t think human minds can comprehend that just yet!

So here’s to many more years of impact. Many more years of giving. Many more years of sowing your life into others. And many more years of prospering in the goodness of God.

May the years ahead reveal even more of what God can do with a life completely yielded to Him.

Happy birthday, my brother. Cheers to many more beautiful and fruitful years.

I dutifully love you, my Gee. And my wife and kids look forward to finally meeting the man they have heard so much about.

Happy birthday, Davosky.

N.B I’m saving to buy you a Ducati Panigale(red) , so we can do a road trip. Don’t tell Lizzy o.

Felix Alalade

David,

Happy birthday

God is blessing you more and more. Your love of people and commitment to the kingdom is exceptional.

We celebrate you especially today as you celebrate your birthday. Remain strong in faith for better days are ahead.

Happy Birthday

Dr. Sylvanus Ukafia

Describing the man David Ogunsola is like trying to describe a Swiss Army knife or a smartphone whose versatility makes a single-function description inadequate.

I’ve seen you grow in lips and bounds, in knowledge and wisdom, and in influence and impact. You speak on platforms to thousands, yet you pay attention to individuals that God has placed around you.

As you celebrate this special day, my family and I wish you a happy birthday.Keep growing. Keep prospering. Keep touching lives.

Remember that many look up to you for inspiration. You will not grow weary in Jesus’ name. We love you.

Adedayo Oladimeji

Shoope, Happy Birthday my brother, friend and Coach. You are exceptional and a true picture of intentional growth. The beautiful thing about you is that you want to pull everyone around you up the ladder of growth. You no dey hide updates.

It is beautiful to see how God has helped you evolve not just in ministry, but in wisdom, leadership, family, relationships, influence, and the way you approach life.

You are a living reminder that growth is not accidental. It is the result of grace, intentionality, discipline, learning, and a willingness to keep becoming.

As a pastor, you have blessed lives, getting the gospel to strange places via strange means. As a coach, you have helped people see possibilities they could not see for themselves. And as a friend, your journey continues to inspire those of us privileged to watch it closely.

On this birthday, I celebrate the man you are today and the man you are becoming.

May this new chapter bring greater clarity, deeper dimensions of God’s grace, stronger influence, greater impact, and fulfillment in every area of your life. May you continue to grow in stature, wisdom, favour, influence, and capacity.

May the years ahead not simply add years to your life, but add more lives to your impact.

Happy Birthday, my friend!

Much love and honour, Sir!

Emeka Atansi

I had a ‘come see a man’ kind of experience the very first time I encountered your page. Two years and counting working in close proximity to you and I can make a bold claim that there’s only one David Ogunshola in this world – which is to the loss of others who don’t get to/haven’t experienced the ingenuity that you are, sir.

Your leadership is unmatched both at home as a father and at work as a boss.

Your brain – I think it should be harvested and cloned. We need multiple replica of it in our world.

I thank Jesus for making our paths cross and that I get to learn and grow under your leadership.

Thank you for being a light sir. A very bright light and through your light, many others like me – have seen the light.

Thank you so so much sir! I celebrate you greatly and I honour you deeply!

You’re the best boss in the whole wide world!

Happy birthday sirrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

Happiness

Happy birthday, Dr. David! 🎉
Knowing you and having the privilege of learning from you has genuinely changed the way I think. Now, I question things I thought I understood, look beyond what is obvious, and constantly ask what more is possible.
I’m grateful for the access, the conversations, the lessons, and even the moments that have stretched my thinking. Knowing you is such a privilege I truly don’t take for granted.

I pray this new year brings you greater depth, clarity, impact, and the grace to keep building all that has been entrusted to you. May the work of your hands continue to speak far beyond you.

Happy birthday, sir!!

Toyo-Abasi Bob

Happy Birthday sir!

It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate a visionary leader, an exceptional mentor, and a great blessing to everyone whose path you have crossed.

Your dedication to excellence, your wisdom, and your tireless commitment to empowering and transforming lives continue to inspire and leave an indelible mark. Thank you for leading with grace, integrity, and genuine passion.

May this new year usher in greater dimensions of impact, divine health, peace, and fulfillment in every endeavor. May your influence continue to expand, and may each day ahead be filled with honor, joy, and remarkable milestones.

Wishing you a blissful birthday and an extraordinary year ahead Sir!

Aniekan John Peters

Thank you, Uncle David, for becoming more than a boss and a leader, but more like an elder brother, father, mentor and coach. You have had so much impact in my life that I would always have a page in this book of mine called love for you.

You taught me courage, crazy faith and the audacity to think and act beyond my age, my expression and my limitations, not just by telling me, but by showing it practically in your everyday living. Many people know you, and you’re many things to many people, but for me, I’m most privileged to have known you much more closely. I can tell, with all the proximity, that you are one of the best humans that have walked and are still walking on this planet Earth.

Thank you, Uncle Dave, for being an open book to me and for constantly showing me what is possible. Your boy, who had no direction, is now on a road to being a Dr., just because a senior Dr. David showed me what was possible. You have always reminded me that there is more and that I haven’t even started and you keep raising the bar.

I love you, sir. Thank you for being you. Happy birthday, and have a healthy, adventurous year of higher discovery and unveiling.

Banji

Happy Birthday Mr David.

I would forever be grateful for the ideas you have shared with me these past few years. Working for you has been a continuous growth journey. The sacrifice, effort and discipline you have continued to instill has been priceless and cannot even be taken for granted.

You are a great man and it is a privilege to work for you.

Again, Happy Birthday, may your name be long. May the kingdom of David Ogunshola be blessed. God bless you.

David Ajibade

Many years ago, I asked, ‘What does the future look like for us?’ You said, ‘I don’t know everything right now, but I know what we have to do today. Let’s do that.’

Hundreds of days later, we are pioneers of innovation once unseen.

Happy birthday, sir. Thank you for your vision and the privilege to serve alongside you. You are truly a visionary, and I’m grateful to be part of the journey

Daniel Adesina

Happy birthday, sir.

I’m genuinely grateful that our paths crossed. When I think about how much I’ve learned since meeting you, I realize that your impact on me goes beyond work. You’ve challenged me, believed in me, and in many ways helped me see a bigger and better version of myself.

Thank you for being more than a mentor. Thank you for being someone whose words, example, and guidance I always look up to and carry with me.

I’m grateful for you, sir.

I pray that this new chapter brings you even greater fulfilment and impact. I pray that God takes you to the heights you’ve always seen yourself at, Amen

Happy birthday, my mentor and more.

I honour you Sir.
God bless you, Sir.
